Feel Good Activities

Our feel good activities recognise that loneliness and isolation are one of today's major public health crises affecting 30% of us. We are running a programme of activities to encourage community involvement and socialising towards improved mental health and wellbeing. Peer Welfare Ambassadors are on hand to support people who are vulnerable and Bi-lingual Support Workers are able to ensure a linguistically and culturally-sensitive environment.
